Turtle & Hughes Ranks #20 in Top 200 List of Electrical Distributors

Turtle & Hughes has been ranked #20 on the Electrical Wholesalers (EW) list of Top 200 Electrical Distributors for 2016.

Two Turtle & Hughes projects, Hudson Yards and LaGuardia Airport, were also included in the publication’s listing of the year’s “Big Projects for Top 200 Distributors.”

Turtle & Hughes, Inc., one of the nation’s largest electrical and industrial distributors, has retained a top 20 ranking for the fifth straight year. It is a family-owned, woman-owned and employee-owned company that serves the industrial, commercial, utility, integrated supply and contractor markets. It is a significant force in the engineering and procurement of power distribution, automation, lighting and energy projects, and integrated supply.

To compile the list, EW’s editors sent out a survey to several hundred distributors of electrical supplies that have either been on the list in the past or have at least $8 million in annual sales. They also receive data from publicly held distributors and other companies that make their sales and company data public.
