New Consolidated California Facility

 
The Turtle & Hughes branches in Long Beach and Huntington Beach, CA, now service customers in the Los Angeles area from a larger consolidated facility located at 15312 Connector Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. The new location offers expanded service capabilities, increased technical sales support and a large inventory of just-in-time solutions from local stock.
 
“Our new site better accommodates our growing customer base,” explains Jeff Stroin, Vice President and General Manager, Western Region. “We have designed a larger, more customer-friendly counter and will-call area, added more parking, and expanded our centralized in-stock inventory. The new site also has a larger office space to accommodate additional staff so we can better service our customers.”
 
Turtle & Hughes entered the California market in 2012 with the acquisition of Mag-Trol Long Beach, a highly regarded industrial distribution company. Since then, the company has opened an additional Turtle & Hughes branch in Ontario, CA.
 

 
The new Huntington Beach location has a growing commercial and industrial businesses. The commercial business will continue to operate as Turtle & Hughes. The industrial business has been co-branded as Turtle & Hughes Mag-Trol Industrial Solutions.

Join us from February 26 – March 2 in Linden for a course intended for individuals who need to maintain and troubleshoot a ControlLogix system—but have no current working experience. Upon completion of this course, you will be able to troubleshoot a previously operational ControlLogix system and restore it to normal operation. 3 - 6 to 3 - 9

Rockwell Training: Studio 5000 Logix Designer: Project Development

Join us from March 6 – 9 in Commack. Upon completion of this course, given a functional specification for a Logix5000 application, you should be able to develop a project to meet the requirements of the specification. Covering tasks common to the following controllers: ControlLogix, CompactLogix and Softlogix. 3 - 20 to 3 - 21

Rockwell Training: PowerFlex 750 Series Configuration and Start-up

Join us from March 20 – 21 in Linden. Upon completion of this course, given a wired PowerFlex 750-Series drive and AC motor, you will be able to start up the drive and configure drive parameters to meet application needs. You will have the chance to use a variety of hardware and software tools, including the A6 LCD HIM, DriveExecutive software, and DriveExplorer software.
