Learn leadership skills while working one-on-one with some of the industry’s finest talent as a full-time employee in the Turtle & Hughes Management Training Program.
The two-year program is designed to jump-start your career. Enrollment is ongoing and is open to college graduates with a degree in business or other related areas. As a corporate management trainee, you will rotate through our departments, learn about our business, meet our staff and gain an overview of our culture. The end result is a placement that will fit your skills, strengths and interests and can include positions in sales, operations and finance, among many others.
